Returns and Refund Policy

Returns
All purchases may be returned within 45 days for a full refund or store credit. 

Refunds 
We will notify you by email as soon as we have received your returned item.  If returning for a store credit the credit will be available immediately.  Refunds to your credit card are processed within 2 business days. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment only.

Exchanges 
To request an exchange, please email kathy@houndandsoul.com to request an alternate size or style, and we will send you a return shipping label.  As soon as your original purchase has been received, we will ship your new item. 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping
To return your product for a refund or exchange, email kathy@houndandsoul.com to request your shipping label, and note the reason for the return.  We'll email you the return shipping label and cover the cost.
